Horrible customer service.
Tech was taking picture of my card information.
Tech didn’t want to listen to what I had to say what the issue was previousl which turned out to be the exact issue.
Tech did not introduce himself nor did he wear a mask in the middle of a pandemic.
They serviced my AC (which they installed years ago) during the hottest day on record and pretty much at the last minute. Diagnosis of the problem was spot on...I checked, and they did a great job. All AC places are a little pricey. Worth it if they are skilled and honest. Airbulance is both. Thanks guys!
Excellent service and repair
I had a pleasant experience with Airbulance I made a appointment for my refrigerator which was not cooling from both side of the refrigerator. The technician called me 20 min in advanced to let me know that he will show up. Upon arrival the technican introduced himself as David, he diagnosed my fridge with needing freon adjustment and he did condenser service to my fridge for no extra charge! A+ in my books lol, was really left a satisfied customer and would diffinitely do Buisness with this company again
We used Airbulance to install a new dual zone energy efficient heating and AC unit. From the initial meeting, to the installation, to the annual follow up, it was a breeze to work
with them. They are professional, timely, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend working with Airbulance. We have had our we unit for over a year and we absolutely love it - no issues!
