These guys were great. We had them replace two AC units on our house in Old Fig as well as install solar on the roof. Professional, fair, honest, and great customer service.
We had a appointment set for Monday between 8:00am - 11:00am being right after the weekend I figured I'd be home waiting all day for them to be able to show up, But I was wrong the tech was ringing our doorbell at 8:20am and was out the door by 9:00am. The techs name was Bobbie he did such an amazing job and was very quick and efficient in his work. He was a bit annoyed by my dogs but still kept his cool and kind of played around with them. I hope that you guys make sure to give him employee of the month sometime soon because he was great.
I came out the same day as called and repaired home AC at my rental property. Victoria who handled scheduling is off the charts friendly and accommodating. David, the tech was a great guy. Highly recommend.
I would have to say that this company's customer service is impeccable.... The guys who came out answered all my questions and concerns... They worked fast and and made sure all things were done correctly and efficiently. The duct test was done quickly after install. Job was suppose to take until 2 or 3 , they were done by one...
