I had a repair taken acre of in the past and that worked out well, so more recently I called them for a quote on an ERV system and had them out to take a look at options. I ended up not being able to move because of my attic size, but I appreciated the follow up from their staff and the amount of time they spent researching options and answering my questions. Would highly recommend them if all of their staff are as professional as the people I dealt with.
I got a brand-new Rheem air conditioning unit in 2014. Airbulance has serviced it every year since then. They found a leak in the heater exchange in September 2016. Since the unit is under warranty they are repairing and fixing it for free. By far one of the best air-conditioning companies I have ever come across. So far I have sent them two referrals. David came out for routine service and to also check one of our icomfort thermostats which was not working. David replaced the thermostat quickly and efficiently and helped to set up the new system on my phone. He was very thorough in servicing and cleaning our 2 units and I felt very confident that it was done correctly. I look forward to requesting him for our winter service visit.
Airbulance company is 5 star. My AC stopped working, I called on 10/7/15 and a polite scheduler had David to my house next morning. He called before he came, identified capicitor was bad, had one on his truck, and replaced for around $250. He also checked rest of system and gave it clean bill of health. Thank you!
